1. Overview

This website has no contact form, no tracking, no newsletter and no marketing cookies. Contact is by email, phone or WhatsApp. GDPR applies where people in the EU are concerned. Turkish KVKK also applies.

2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (for example IP address, date, requested file, user agent). Purpose: delivery and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may process data in third countries and states that it uses appropriate transfer safeguards.

3. Cookies

No analytics or marketing cookies are set. The host may set technically required cookies. A consent banner is not required for that.

4. Contact

If you email, use WhatsApp or call, the data you send (name, company, contact details, case information, any attachments) is processed to handle the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering). Retention: as long as the enquiry and legal retention require.

WhatsApp is a Meta service. If you use the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp’s privacy terms also apply. Use email if you do not want data transferred to WhatsApp/Meta.

5. No website forms

No form data is stored on this website.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests: mk@markusketzer.com.

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
